Curriculum and Courses
Our elementary curriculum is aligned to New Mexico standards and focuses on building strong foundations while keeping learning engaging and relevant.
- Core Subjects — Reading/Language Arts, Math, Science, and Social Studies with interactive lessons and hands-on projects
- Specialty Classes — Two additional subjects chosen from Music, Art, PE, and other enrichment areas
- Daily Homeroom — Morning community time with teacher and classmates for connection and collaboration
- Friday Live Learning — Weekly enrichment opportunities for deeper exploration and peer interaction
Students experience a mix of guided instruction, independent practice, creative projects, and collaborative activities. Teachers provide detailed feedback and adjust instruction to meet each child’s learning style and pace.
Day in the Life
Elementary families have the flexibility to create schedules that work for their child’s learning style and family needs. We offer several blocks throughout the day to keep your child on track, and you fill in the rest of the day with coursework and activities.

Other Requirements
Elementary students participate in required New Mexico state testing with advance notice of dates and testing locations. We prepare students so they feel confident and ready.
Students demonstrate attendance through active participation in homeroom, completion of learning activities, and engagement with teachers and peers. We offer multiple ways to show learning that fit different personalities and learning styles.
